  • ACH
  • Web ACH

  • Lockbox Services

There’s never been a better time to explore how such strategies can simplify the cash flow of your business and save you money. We’re ready to get you started.

Not all ACH is the same, and the type you use shapes your compliance. WEB entries are debits authorized online, TEL entries are authorized over the phone, PPD covers prearranged consumer payments such as recurring bills, and CCD handles business-to-business payments. Same Day ACH can now settle individual payments of up to $1 million on the same business day, which helps when timing matters for payroll, refunds, or collections.

Cut Costs, Earn More

When businesses process ACH payments, they open the door to numerous opportunities to reduce costs. ACH offers transaction fees at a mere fraction of what it takes to process credit card payments and paper checks.

Typical Processing Costs (2026):

  • ACH: a flat fee per payment, often well under $1
  • Paper checks: the costliest once printing, postage and handling are added
  • Credit cards: around 2.5% to 2.9% for standard retail, more for high risk

But the benefits go well beyond just savings. Features like recurring payments and echecks will increase customer retention and minimize revenue leakage, fortifying your cash flow.

The economics are simple: card processing charges a percentage of every sale, while ACH is usually a small flat fee per transaction. That gap widens as your ticket size grows, which is why ACH is the default rail for invoices, loan repayments, memberships, and other larger or recurring payments. Budget for return fees too, since a payment that bounces for insufficient funds or a closed account costs you a fee and a collection effort, and keep returns low so pricing stays favorable.

Enjoy Convenience and Flexibility

ACH processing adds a whole new level of flexibility to your business.

Our partners can integrate the ACH process with almost any POS system or payment gateway – meaning you don’t have to lift a finger.

What’s even better is that ACH is favored by customers, too. In just a few minutes they can set up recurring billing and leave it on autopilot, so they’ll never forget to pay a bill again.

It’s a simple equation:

More Payment Options + Effortless Setup = Happy Customers, More $$

ACH flexibility comes with a paperwork rule: every debit needs the customer’s authorization. For recurring payments that means a clear, saved authorization that states the amount or how it is calculated, the timing, and how to cancel. For online debits, Nacha has required account validation the first time an account number is used since 2021, so build that check into your checkout or enrollment flow from day one.

Secure Your Transactions

Another benefit of using ACH is that it is regulated by the federal government and maintained by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Having the backing of the government and NACHA means that this is one of the most secure payment methods available.

Your customers can rest easy, knowing that when they make a payment it’s processed by a heavily-monitored system that encrypts their data and requires multi-level authentication.

Nacha, the body that governs the ACH Network, watches return rates the way card networks watch chargebacks. The thresholds are an unauthorized return rate of 0.5%, an administrative return rate of 3%, and an overall return rate of 15% (Nacha). Cross them and your bank must investigate and you may face fines or lose access. Nacha’s new fraud-monitoring rules, phased in during 2026, also require originators to have risk-based processes to spot fraudulent payments, so clean authorizations, account validation, and fast handling of disputes are now baseline requirements (Nacha).
