Gregg Morrow, CEO

Gregg Morrow is a payments industry veteran with more than 16 years of experience in merchant processing. Since 2010 he has served as Executive Vice President of Sales at MiCamp Solutions, a processing leader trusted by over 15,000 merchants, where he focuses on developing strategic client partnerships across a wide range of industries.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Gregg is also the founder and CEO of Axis Merchant Group and 2G Financial LLC, companies specializing in payment processing and merchant portfolio acquisitions. A graduate of Arizona State University, he brings deep expertise in high risk merchant accounts, agent programs, and helping businesses of every type find the right processing solution.

Mike Banks, National Sales Director

Mike Banks has spent over a decade in the payments industry, covering nearly every side of the business: sales, underwriting, agent partnerships, and ISO operations. He began his career as an Account Executive at MiCamp Solutions in 2014, selling processing services directly to small and mid-sized businesses, then moved into operations where he built a comprehensive understanding of underwriting, merchant onboarding, and residual reporting.

Most recently, Mike led operations for one of MiCamp’s largest ISO divisions, supporting hundreds of sub-ISO and sub-agent relationships and thousands of merchant accounts, with a focus on high risk acquiring, chargeback management, and merchant retention. A University of Portland graduate based in Scottsdale, Arizona, he is also a founding partner of Axis Merchant Group, where he leads day-to-day operations.

Stephen Marconi, Director of Operations

Stephen Marconi has been in the payments industry since 2008, when he started as a Sales Manager at MiCamp Merchant Services. He went on to spend five years as Vice President of Business Banking Merchant Services at Bank of America Merchant Services, providing mid-market corporations with payment solutions, followed by three years as an Enterprise Sales Executive at First Data working with casinos, iGaming, money transfer providers, and hotels.

Stephen later returned to MiCamp Solutions, where he served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales for more than five years. A University of Arizona graduate based in Newport Beach, California, he brings nearly two decades of experience spanning enterprise sales, business development, and complex, high risk verticals.
